Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Craftytoon. Craftytoon is a brand of M/s Speed Business Machine, a proprietorship of Rajeev Kumar Gupta, 48 Nehru Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282002, India (GSTIN 09ACLPG6318C1ZR). In these pages "we" and "us" mean that business. By ordering or using the site you agree to them.

1. Orders

When you place an order you are offering to buy. We accept it when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example for a pricing error, a stock or production problem, or suspected fraud) and will refund anything you have paid for it.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order already confirmed.

3. Made to order

Most pieces are printed to order. Production and delivery times shown or quoted are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns page for timings, cancellations and returns.

4. What to expect from a 3D print

  • Items are made by FDM 3D printing, mostly in PLA, and in PETG or other materials where a product calls for it. Fine layer lines, small variations in colour and surface finish, and minor differences from product photos are normal and are not defects.
  • Product photos may include renders or styling. Sizes are approximate.
  • PLA softens with heat. Keep PLA pieces away from direct sun, hot cars and heaters, and do not wash them in hot water. Pieces made in PETG or other materials are marked on the product page.
  • Small parts: unless a product says otherwise, our items are display and desk pieces, not toys, and are not suitable for children under 3.
  • If a product includes electrical parts (such as an LED base), use it only as described and keep it dry.

5. Custom orders and quotes

For custom work we agree the price, scope and timeline with you in writing before we start. Instant estimates on this site are guides, not offers. A custom piece cannot be cancelled once printing has started. We may decline any request. By sending us reference material you confirm you have the right to share it and to have us make a physical copy for you.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, photographs, logos and our own designs, belongs to Craftytoon or the respective rights holders and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some products are inspired by films, games, anime, books or other works; product names and themes that refer to them are used for identification only, Craftytoon is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners, and all trademarks and characters remain the property of their owners. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will review it promptly.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will hear any dispute. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it.
