How long does an order take?

Most pieces are printed to order and dispatched within 5 to 10 working days, then take 3 to 7 working days to arrive. Larger pieces, lamps and custom work can take longer; we tell you before you pay.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We currently ship within India only. Shipping is free over ₹2,999.

What are the pieces made of?

Most pieces are printed in fine-layer PLA in our studio. For signage, outdoor and heat-exposed pieces we use PETG or another suitable material, so the material depends on the product and is shown on its page. You may see faint layer lines. That is how 3D printing works.

Do figures come painted?

Figures marked "paint your own" ship unpainted so you can make them yours. Other pieces are shown as photographed on each product page.

Can you make something custom?

Yes. Send us a sketch, photo or description on the custom orders page, or try the instant estimate first. We reply within 48 hours with a quote.

How do I look after my piece?

Dust it with a soft brush or wipe it with a damp cloth. PLA pieces soften with heat, so keep them out of direct sun, hot cars and heaters, and don't use hot water. Pieces made in PETG or other materials handle heat and sun better. Ask us if you need something for outdoors.

Can I return something?

If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you. Made-to-order pieces can't be returned for change of mind. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay at checkout. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
